FRESHMAN ORIENTATION

DAY ONE: July.18.2013

The people in my group were dope!
Of course I had to sit through all the boring stuff..BLAH BLAH BLAH.. but during lunch the orientation leaders had a riff-off (my first ever live) and it was really fun to see. Then we had more "classes" and went to a club fair in which I signed up for 4 different clubs...heck yeah I can do them all! THEN, we also had a spirit rally in which all the orientation small groups competed against each other with little skits, songs and dances. Although my team didn't win, we had so much fun! Our skit consisted of rewording old songs like Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Brick House, Man in the Mirror and Just a Friend AND IT WAS AWESOME! They even had a mandatory party which turned out pretty fun and I got meet even more cool people. Going to sleep kinda sucked, it was weird trusting someone else I have never met to not kill me in my sleep but I was super tired so I ended up passing out. And it's just one of those experiences you can only get in college!

DAY TWO: July.19.2013

♪♪♪ I wake up in the morning feeling like a BEARKAT ♪♪♪ (and I also had a crick in my neck cause those beds are super uncomfortable, cant wait to sleep in them for the next couple years) 
Because my mother is an awesome trooper and had even more boring classes than I did on day one...we let our rebel side out and did as we pleased the second day and GOT STUFF DONE! Like finalized all my classes, payment mumbo-jumbo and things of that nature which was fun as well because it got me so much closer to being fully ready for those first days of college! P.S. I still don't know who my roomate will be or which dorm house I will be staying in but I guess it will just add that much more excitement to move in day. 29 more days.
